lead times transparency:

We offer shipping across the continental United States for all e-commerce orders. Shipping timelines will vary based on product availability. While many items ship within 3–7 business days of order processing, others — particularly battery systems — may have manufacturer lead times. Lead times are dependent on: 

  • Product type and specifications 
  • Manufacturer inventory and scheduling 
  • External factors such as tariffs and shipping delays 

once your order has been placed:

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic email, or a Power Storage Solutions representative will promptly contact you directly with lead time details. You’ll have the opportunity to: 

  • Confirm the order 
  • Modify your selection for a quicker alternative 
  • Or cancel the order if the timeline doesn’t meet your needs 

Once the item ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We encourage all customers to monitor their email for updates throughout the fulfillment process. 

order processing:

  • Orders typically process within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 
  • Lead times may vary for certain industrial or battery-related items. Your estimated ship date will be communicated with lead times as your order is processed through our system.  
  • Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after processing, depending on shipping destination and carrier availability. 

shipping methods:

  • Standard shipping via freight or ground carrier depending on product weight, dimensions, and destination. 
  • Customers will receive tracking details once the order has shipped. 

cost of shipping:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. 
  • At checkout, you will be provided the opportunity to select from a variety of shipping options and/or carriers. 
  • For freight orders, additional handling charges may apply. 

damaged shipments:

  • All shipments should be inspected upon arrival. 
  • Any damage or discrepancies must be reported to Power Storage Solutions within 48 hours of delivery. 
  • Freight damage must be marked on the Bill of Lading at time of receipt. 
  • Please submit a copy of the Bill of Lading and photos of the damages. 
  • Failure to report damages within this window may impact eligibility for claims or returns. 

special handling:

  • Some products require freight shipping and may require access to a dock or liftgate. 
  • Please review your shipping address and accommodations before placing your order.

pWRSS return policy

eligibility:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery. 
  • Only unused, undamaged, and unopened items in their original packaging may be returned. 
  • Custom, special-order, or modified products are subject to review. Given their customizations, products may not be eligible for return or will be subject to higher restocking fees if eligible. 
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns. 

returns & exchange process:

  • Contact our team at scm@pwrss1.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). 
  • Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your RMA. 
  • Returns & exchanges should be sent to the address provided on your RMA confirmation. Please do not return items without prior authorization. 
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product. 

restocking fee:

  • All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund or credit.   
  • Some suppliers impose restocking fees higher than 25%. When applicable, these higher fees will be passed through to the customer and communicated during the RMA process. 
  • Custom, special-order, or modified products may be subject to higher restocking fees, if eligible for return.

PWRSS refund policy

Refunds will be issued and processed in accordance with the return policy above.

refund timeline:

  • Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days of RMA receipt. 
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. 
  • Any applicable restocking fees or shipping costs (unless due to our error) will be deducted from your refund or credit. 

non-refundable items:

  • Custom orders, special builds, or altered products are not eligible for refund. 
  • Any products returned without an RMA or outside the return window are not eligible for refund.
