EnerSys 2ESG-07FR POWERSAFE® ESG BATTERIES

PowerSafe® 2ESG-07FR batteries are engineered with proprietary material and design features that deliver robust performance and reliable service life. This makes the ESG battery ideal for challenging load profiles and service conditions. The five 4 volt (187 - 418 Ah) multi-cell unit construction helps to minimize floor space. All PowerSafe ESG batteries have individual posts for each cell to help ease and simplify the integration
of battery monitoring and test equipment used in routine maintenance and inspections.

PowerSafe ESG batteries have thick positive plates that ensure excellent long discharge capability. Copper insert posts enhance high-rate performance. Individual posts easily accommodate monitoring and test equipment used in routine maintenance and inspections. PowerSafe ESG batteries also employ a Slide-Lock™ post seal that allows for natural plate growth over time, plus a tongue-and groove jar-to-cover seal that provides a robust airtight seal for maximum reliability and reduced maintenance.

• Standard jar material Styrene Acrylonitrile (SAN) with flame retardant PVC cover. Optional PC flame retardant jar and cover are available
• Electrolyte – dilute sulfuric acid with specific gravity of 1.215
• Plated copper terminals with dual hole design
• Slide-Lock™ post seal design
• Flame arrestors – included for increased operational safety

• Operating temperature: 32°F (0°C) to 104°F (40°C)
• Recommended temperature: 68°F (20°C) to 86°F (30°C)

• The management systems governing the manufacture of this product are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified
• Optional testing in accordance to IEEE 450 or customer duty cycle available

NOTE: All inter-cell, inter-tier, inter-step, end-to-end inter-rack, back-to-back inter-rack connectors, terminal lugs, and terminal plates are included with every battery. Across-aisle inter-rack connectors are not included

When ordering new batteries, also remember to properly recycle your old lead batteries. Federal and state regulations require lead-acid batteries be recycled.
