PowerSafe® FTC-21 batteries are ideal for central office, cellular and microwave applications. FTC batteries feature flat plates for long duration float applications. PowerSafe® FTC batteries all feature a multi-directional post design that allows cells to be configured in any orientation – either perpendicular to the rack support rails to optimize footprint, or parallel to enable easy maintenance while the system is online. EnerSys PowerSafe® FTC-21 batteries also feature the EnerSys exclusive Slide-Lock™ post seal that allows for natural plate growth over time without degrading the seal, plus an innovative tongue and groove jar-to-cover seal to prevent leaks.

Our engineering team can help you quickly calculate many values essential for the proper selection of standby battery products We provide expert sizing analysis you need to properly size and select the proper battery. Let our Battery Sizing Specialist ensure you select the correct product for your telecommunications applications.
This includes the ability to: Select batteries based on complex step loads and generate IEEE-485 Sizing Work Sheets. Select batteries based on constant current loads. Select batteries based on constant power loads. View and customize rating tables. Perform battery run time analysis.
We understand that data centers are heavily reliant on batteries for backup power. We also understand that batteries must be redundant and if only one battery in your UPS configuration is not performing; it compromises your overall backup power. Our experience and our focus is to know the batteries and their implication for your operation. To determine the perfect solution, we will partner with you, analyze your critical power needs and construct the backup power solution that will perform as designed.
We can remove and recycle your old battery system then install, properly set up and test your new system. We have been installing stationary batteries for over 20 years. We have the experience, equipment and capabilities to safely perform this type of work.
Routine maintenance ensures your UPS equipment stays reliable, improving your UPS’s overall performance and extending their useful life. Service plans allow customers to be proactive; providing opportunity to detect potential points of failure preventing expensive problems.
When ordering new batteries, also remember to properly recycle your old lead batteries. Federal and state regulations require lead-acid batteries be recycled. Power Storage Solutions’ nationwide service organization can arrange pickup, transportation to and recycling at any one of our company affiliated smelters.
