The DataSafe HX 12HX150, as part of the EnerSys DataSafe HX family, was created to provide backup power for high-rate applications and vital systems. The HX 12HX150 is air freight approved and meets UL safety standards. The low level of gas evolution makes the HX 12HX150 a prudent choice for low-ventilation areas.


The DataSafe HX 12HX150 is made up of high-performance, brass-threaded faston terminals; a receptacle and bolt terminal of the same materials; opposite charged lead-calcium-tin alloy plate grids; and individual flame-arresting cell vents. It has a decade-long optimal lifespan and, like all EnerSys batteries, sustains 100% battery capacity at initial discharge. A flame-retardant cover and case for this battery are available from EnerSys.
