  • How long have you worked in the industry and how long have you been with us?
    • Depends on how you slice it. In total, I’ve got 27 years in the electrical industry. 25 of those years have been in the critical power industry. I officially started with PWRSS in December of 2022, but I had previously worked at Interstate PowerCare with this great team since 2006.
  • Where did you grow up and where are based now?
    • I grew up in, and continue to live in Crosby, TX.
  • Tell us about your educational background, family life, and hobbies outside of work.
    • I attended San Jacinto College Electrical Technology Program. I’m a proud parent of two young men; my oldest is in the Navy and my youngest graduates high school this year. I’m an Astros fan but truly enjoy baseball altogether. I also enjoy fishing, hunting, camping, and pretty much everything outdoors with a minor passion for cooking.
  • What are 3 words that describe you?
    • Analytical
    • Diligent
    • Influential
  • Tell us about one of your biggest success with a customer and/or within the organization itself?
    • I worked with a client to restructure their maintenance program, which ended up reduced annual repair costs by >50%. I also developed a budgeting plan that increased system reliability long term. The client was thrilled with those results, which was a huge win for me personally. 
  • In your opinion, what makes a good salesperson?
    • Being knowledgeable of the market applications, products and services you sell. This equips you with the knowledge to answer any potential questions, or to fully understand your customers needs and talk through potential solutions and budgetary options. Being a reliable and responsive resource to your customers is also a huge factor. If you allow too much time to pass between contacts, you allow room for your competition to swoop in and make their pitch. Those 2 things really set you apart from the next salesperson and can determine whether you close a deal.

    • Inventive
