Claire Arthur-Latawiec!
Claire is one of our many talented regional administrative coordinators based out of our Dallas office.
- How long have you worked in the industry and how long have you been with us?
- I am new to the industry. However, my background in administrative and data-entry tasks helped better prepare me for this new role. I have been with Power Storage Solutions for a little over 3 months now and started in August of 2023.
- Where did you grow up and where are based now?
- I am originally from a small town outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I moved to the DFW metroplex when I was in 2nd grade and now live in Denton, Texas.
- Tell us about your educational background, family life, and hobbies outside of work.
- I graduated with my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sociology at the University of North Texas. I am close with my family, and have 3 sisters who always keep me entertained! Our family on my dads side is half Polish, so we have a tradition where we all get together to make pierogi’s (potato dumplings) from scratch every Christmas! In my spare time, I enjoy plant collecting/propagating, whilst keeping up with my 50+ houseplants at home! I also volunteer for a non-profit called TexasCares where I help the folks there care for newborn/young kittens until they are ready to be adopted!
- Tell us about one of your biggest successes with a customer and/or within the organization.
- Although I have only been with the company for a few months, I feel I have already made a positive impact when it comes to freeing up time for the other admins on my team. I have been assigned to take on sales orders and invoicing which allows my fellow colleagues focus on other pertinent responsibilities.

- Detail-oriented
- Cooperative

- Who is someone that inspires you within the company and why?
- The fellow admins on my team, Darlene and Lisa are not only diligent workers, but also great mentors to have in my corner! They are remarkably knowledgeable in their field and have been eager to assist me on getting me up to speed on our various duties. I am looking forward to learning much more from them!
- What is your favorite part about working for Power Storage Solutions?
- My favorite part about working here is of course the people! It feels like a big family! The team genuinely cares about my professional and personal development. Everyone is extremely friendly, collaborative and attentive to any questions I might have. I also love that when there’s a conflict, other team members are willing to work together to come up with a solution.
